Summer - Refreshing Tips - Chill out, refresh, restore after sunning!

Rejuvenating Bath. Add 2 Tbsp. Citrus Refresher Bath Salts to warm bath, light a Revitalizing Aromatherapy Candle and relax for 20 minutes. Essential oils of Eucalyptus, Rosemary, Bergamot, Juniper and Lemongrass along with Pepperwood, Bearberry and Sage herbal extracts will help relieve and rejuvenate the stiff, achy muscles that come with summer activities.


Invigorating Salt Glow. Mix 4 Tbsp. Muscle Soother Bath Salts, 2 Tbsp. Revitalizing Body & Massage Oil and 2 Tbsp. water. In the shower, rub gently onto the entire body to exfoliate skin surface, then rinse off.


Daily Rejuvenator. Blend the following essential oils into 2 ounces of either Unscented Lotion or Unscented Body & Massage Oil : 10 drops of Rosemary, 8 drops of Juniper, 6 drops of Peppermint and 6 drops of Lavender. Apply this blend to your whole body after shower or bath.


Happy Feet! Rejuvenating Foot Soak salts will restore and refresh tired feet. Add 2 Tbsp. to a large bowl of warm water and soak feet for at least 10 minutes!
