Daily Stress Relief. Blend the following essential oils into 2 ounces of eitherUnscented Lotion or Unscented Body & Massage Oil : 10 drops Lavender, 5 drops Geranium, 10 drops Sandalwood. Apply this blend to your whole body after shower or bath. |
