Processing Orders: All items in stock will ship within 2 business days.  Shipping times are subject to change during holidays.

Back-ordered Items: Automatically shipped as available unless otherwise instructed.

Method of Shipment: UPS Groundtrac (from Monmouth, Illinois) unless otherwise specified. Delivery must be to a street address, NOT a PO Box.

Shipping Charges: Based on total value of your order. Some heavy items may require additional charges.

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Shipping to Alaska, HI and US territories: add $12

Expedited Shipping: Within continental U.S., add $20 for next businesday; $12 for second business day. No Saturday Delivery available.
