Online Shopping/Orders

Q. How can I order TARA® products?

A. You can order our high quality natural products through our Online Boutique. We offer our comprehensive product line as well as an e-commerce system (with shopping cart and secure order forms) that will let you quickly select the item you wish to order. If you do not want to order online, you can call us at 866-224-1391.

Q. What method of payment do you accept?

A. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express only for online transactions.

Q. When will I receive my products once I place an order?

A. We ship all of our orders within 2 business days of their receipt. Orders are shipped UPS Groundtrac from Illinois, and take two to five business days, depending on your location (this may vary during holiday timeframes). For an additional charge, we offer express delivery.

Q. What happens if I order an item that is sold out?

A. Occasionally there is a higher demand than usual for one of our products that outpaces our supply. When a backordered item is purchased, your credit card will be charged automatically for the full amount when the order is placed. The backordered item is then shipped when it is available.

Q. How will I know you have received my order?

A. When you place your order online, you will automatically receive an email/confirmation. We'll send another email confirmation, including your tracking number, when your order is shipped. If you have any questions about the shipping of your order, please call 866-224-1391.

Q. Do I have to pay tax?

A. Only for California orders (7.25% sales tax) and Illinois orders (6.25% sales tax). The applicable tax will automatically added to your order by the shopping cart.

Q. Can items be shipped internationally?

Q. What is the best way to warm my HERBAL-EASE™ pillow?

A. The best way to warm your HERBAL-EASE™ pillow is in the microwave. Be sure to follow the instructions that come with the pillow. Microwaves vary, so we recommend warming for two minutes to start and then warm in thirty-second increments to test your microwave. Overheating your pillow will result in burning the herbs.

Q. How long will my pillow last?

A. With home use, your HERBAL-EASE™ pillow should last about three years.

Q. My pillow smells like burnt popcorn. Why is that?

A. You've overheated it and burnt the herbal blend.

Q. Can I put my eye pillow in the freezer?

A. Yes, but you should place your eye pillow in a zip lock bag. The cold temperature helps to preserve the herbs.

Q. The scent is gone in my eye pillow. How do I get it back?

A. Just scrunch your pillow in your hands; this action will reactivate the herbs.

Q. What is the difference between the Recovery Gel and the Rehydrator Lotion? Do I need both?

A. Our Sun Therapy products are formulated to soothe, moisturize and protect your skin from the harsh effects of the sun. The Recovery Gel combines the healing properties of pure aloe with the soothing effect of tea tree to help relieve sunburned or irritated skin. The Rehydrator Lotion with rosehip and aloe maintains healthy, balanced skin, especially after sun exposure. If you are in the sun frequently, we recommend that you use both products in order to prevent sun damage to your skin.
